Mobile Massage Therapy  Booking Policy Notification

 

Thank you for choosing us as your mobile massage and bodywork provider. To ensure a smooth and professional experience during your in-home sessions, we have established the following policies:

Cancellation Policy

We require at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

• Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged 20% of the scheduled service fee.

 

We understand emergencies and illnesses can happen unexpectedly. In such cases, cancellation fees may be waived at the therapist’s discretion if the situation is verifiable and reasonable (e.g., medical emergency, sudden illness, or severe weather).

Arrival & Setup Policy

As a mobile service, we arrive 10–15 minutes early to allow time for setup and ensure your session starts on time. Please ensure:

• A safe, quiet, and clean space is available with enough room for the massage table (approx. 6x10 feet).

• Any pets are secured to avoid interruptions.

• Clear instructions are provided in advance for entry, parking, or gate codes, if needed.

 

Late Start by Client

If the client is not prepared to begin at the scheduled appointment time, the session may be shortened in order to maintain the therapist’s schedule.

However, session length may remain unchanged at the therapist’s discretion, depending on availability and the number of appointments scheduled afterward.

 

Full payment is required regardless of any reduction in session time due to late start.

 

Massage Termination Policy

 

We offer only professional massage and bodywork for relaxation or therapeutic purposes. Any inappropriate behavior—including sexual remarks, harassment, disrespect, or signs of intoxication—will result in immediate termination of the session with no refund.

 

Draping & Privacy Policy

 

Clients will be properly draped at all times during the massage session. Only the area being worked on will be uncovered. The breast and genital areas will remain draped at all times and are never massaged.
